Wow! never heard of The Fosh just looked at it, and it’s exactly how you want to see stats, with players lists. I hope it makes it down to socal we could use real stat tracker like this

I like them both..6-8 and the Fosh, but the Fosh doesnt show all the collegiate games for some reason??

We definitely need HS and club teams in Southern California to wake up and start using 6-8, the FOSH, and live streams.
Even scores updated on MaxPreps would be helpful.

I have ALWAYS thought the FOSH is so much superior than 6-8. The ui is so much cleaner on The Fosh. I hope this helps it take off.

Yes the website for fans is easier to view, however using 6-8 for the game desk is vastly better than The Fosh.
You can teach a young person how to run a desk in a matter of moments with 6-8, which is also vastly better than a pen and paper book.

I am on the other side of the fence. But their purpose is slightly different too. 6-8 is better for player with the performance indicator since the game is about much more than goals and assists. like anything, they are only as good as the stat keeper. The fosh AI piece needs a ton of work. I think 6-8 has a better, more clean, look. Appreciate them both. We need all teams to at least choose to use either.

Although it also tends to mean that those young players make a lot of errant entries, leading to inaccurate stats.
The UI on 6-8 Scores needs a lot of work. It is often counter intuitive, finding games is difficult and refeshing tends to not reload what you were most recently viewing. It’s gotten better over the years, but still not ideal.
There were some politics involved in USA Water Polo and collegiate programs supporting 6-8.

For sure. I find the 6-8 box scores almost impossible to read and find.

No more or less entry errors than the FOSH — but frankly I’d take a few stat entry errors so that we can actually have some scores online from the epicenter of water polo.

Neither the FOSH or 6-8 has been used much for HS water polo or club water polo in Orange County. It is being used more in Northern California currently which is very helpful to follow teams like Sacred Heart Prep boys.

The Fosh wasn’t available to club teams, as I understand.
As far as Orange County based teams not using any platform, that’s more on the team admins and parents.
If FOSH were to become available for clubs to use, I’d be happy for the news.

68 needs Aaaaaa…Lot of work…so difficult to navigate and spotty participation. Overnght must have come to a similar conclusion.

Would be cool to integrate fosh stats into overnhgt games. And if they have the video should be more accurate stats keeping even if after the game.
I much prefer The Fosh also. Navigating the 6-8 website for scores is really clunky.

I know some like fosh, but during the AF game Leggett has at least 4 shots but it say 0 for 1. Any platform only as good as stat keepers. Also no stat line for field blocks is a miss.
