Anybody have a read on how good these Central Section teams are?
Seems to me, Clovis is the team to beat.
Clovis has lost to Buchanan by 1 while beating Northgate by 1. Buchanan lost to Valley Christian by 1. I’d say there is a healthy mix of teams that could be the top team to beat.

Northgate 14, Valley Christian 9
Redwood 16, Monte Vista 7
Buchanan 12, Las Lomas 4
Clovis 11, Tam 7
Saturday’s semifinals:
Buchanan 14, Clovis 11
Redwood 13, Northgate 12
Championship game:
Redwood 11, Buchanan 8
3rd place game:
Northgate 12, Clovis 9
5th place game:
Tam 14, Valley Christian 6
7th place game:
Monte Vista 9, Las Lomas 8

Redwood looked like a different team than when i saw them in Roche they looked untouchable against a strong monte vista team and although the northgate score looks close for the first 3 quarters it really didnt feel close at all and then the buchannon game they where up by 3 or 4 the whole game not really giving them much hope.
