The level is very high in U20’s and it sounds like several top Euros are coming to NCAA which will make for some interesting stories..
Greece, Spain, Serbia, and Hungary all included.
One imagines that the noted quality of US players (all from NCAA) will attract more in the future. Would love to see the US take gold, either way what a run.
Also the coverage has been the best since the Olympics. Congrats @waterpolowednesdays Wes on a job well done up to this point.

Fantastic game. Tough loss but our guys fought hard and gave it their all. We had our chances for sure in the 4th when it was tied… hit some bars, skip over the cage when goalie out of place, and good goalie saves.
One thing I noticed about the games I watched was VAR was used so much better than it has been in the past. The reviews were fast, made sense, and no stupid brutalities called (ex: Hooper in Olympics)
An no under water VAR perhaps a good thing.
Also quote of the tournament “If you got something better to do than watch this, I dont want to know you”…

Tough loss for the men. The definitely had their chances, but had a couple of bad breaks in the 4th. Congrats on the silver. The future of the men’s team definitley looks promising.
It will be interesting to see how many of the Spaniards we see in next year’s NCAA season.

Yes, the announcing was exceptional. Not only did he immediately identify each player by name as he was doing the play by play, but he added in quite a bit of color as well. I was watching the game in my office yesterday and had a number of co-workers gather around and take it in.

How does the Aussie ref get 3 USA games? He’s horrible. The other ref was sent home from the Olympics after ruining italys run with a bogus call and he’s reffing a championship game. How does this happen.
