JT and Susan have been a (spectacular) team for a very long time. I’m guessing they either co-retire or Susan goes first and gives Brenda a year with an assistant that Brenda chooses. Both would be fittingly graceful.
Speculation on their retirement in general is odd to me. Obviously Jeff is ear to the ground with a lot of BA water polo, so the rumor mill is churning from where? The team?
I would say it makes sense to title someone like Brenda with something more than an Assistant, although a little surprising given her lack of college coaching experience. But I doubt she would move back up north if it weren’t for a more long term option. Isn’t Susan younger than JT? I could see Susan and Brenda teaming up for at least a few years–could be a good look for womens water polo.
