2025 Men’s College Season

UCI San Diego tied at half

UCSD wins 9-8. I believe that pretty much locks these two in for a 1st round matchup at Big West.

The real winner of this result is UCSB. UCSB is all but guaranteed a spot in the Big West semifinals as they will either have a bye if LBSU beats UCD or will Fullerton in the first round. Meanwhile, UCSD will have to play UCI at UCI’s pool in the first round game of the Big West tournament. Brutal draw for both those teams.

Exactly right. Tough for both UCI and UCSD. I’m thinking UCI takes it especially at home next time

Good one on ESPN+. Brown v Princeton tied up 12-12 at the end of the 3rd. Princeton just gave up an empty netter on a botched 7-6 to end the quarter. I just turned it on, no sign of Brown’s coach (red card maybe)?

Brown fell apart early in the fourth, but rallied to make it respectable. I went back to the beginning of the stream to see why Mercado was not on deck. Wasn’t there from the start and no mention by the commentators about his absence.

UCD got off to a 0-4 start. Looks to be coming back. 3-4.

Is Davis playing catch with LB goalie? 19 shots with a 75% save rate.

LB up 7-3 at half

UCD can’t seem to get a shot in to save their lives

SJSU with a dominant 14-7 win over Cal Baptist. They’ve clinched the No.2 seed and will play Air Force, who lost a close one to Santa Clara, 18-16. Air Force had a 16-15 lead with 3:30 remaining according to TheFosh.

Pepperdine dominates LMU 15-8.

What a dominant victory by LBSU

Does the Pepperdine vs Santa Clara game not matter? If Pepperdine wins there is a three way tie for third place. and they all went 1-1 amongst each other. I have no idea the tie breaker in that situation.

That’s on me, I didn’t realize that they had not played yet. I will let you know the possible scenarios.

I was thinking that too. Maybe goal differential?

You may still be right, just no clue how they figure it out. I looked on WCC site but couldn’t find anything.

I can’t find it right now for WCC but in a 3 way tie it should be goal differential amongst the 3 teams. Highest goal differential is highest seed. Then the other two teams goes to head to head record

So that would have Pep as third, LMU 4 and CBU 5? 4/5 does not matter I guess

Why did CBU play 9 more games than LMU

That was the first thing I noticed too. That’s a lot of games. Air Force too
