Season starts tomorrow morning! Game of the day is probably UCSD vs USC at 1:30. High expectations for this USC team, will they come out and set the tone with a convincing win?

I thought this game was on ESPN but don’t see it on their schedule. Anyone know if USC vs USCD is streamed?
They play USC Friday so hopefully it updates.
It is very sad that in this day and age there are so few streamed games. I am guessing budgets are cut due to the NCAA settlement but for schools like UCSD and UCI, you would think they could scrape some cash to stream the games….

UCSD doesn’t even provide live stats unless they are playing in the game. You shouldn’t be able to host a tournament if you can’t even provide stats

Always curious how much it costs to stream a game with gols or overnight. Anyone know?
Overnight is MPSF’s own network, so it is probably just the cost of production. (and they charge). 1 announcer, 2 cameral guys and a couple other guys. Guessing 1000-2000 bucks per game, probably 500 per game if it is multiple games in one day. GOALS is only 1-2 people so probably cheaper.

UCI 15 LMU 14. LMU was up first half but looking at the stats, too many exclusions on LMU. 13 exclusions on LMU to 8 on UCI both hit about 50 percent of the man ups. Would have been a great one to watch!

As far as I can see none of the games in the the Triton Invite are streamed. We have the fosh → wayback machine at least.

LMU 17 CSF 14, I would not sleep on Fullerton. They return a bunch of 5th years due to the extra year for Juco players. LMU was clearly trying to save their starters who already played a tough game vs UCI this morning for tomorrows game vs Stanford but they had to use them more then I think they wanted.

I have been around most of the day and have seen several people taking video, but it looks to just be the different schools or parents doing it for their own use.
The UCI vs LMU game was fantastic. UCI is going to upset a few teams this year. Krstic and Francisco can definitely score in bunches.
The USC/UCSD game gave some initial insight into the upcoming season, I thought. USC was up 7-1 at one point before winning 10-7. On the defensive side, USC’s half court defense was fairly smothering, but they gave up some counters and weren’t awesome (but weren’t terrible) on man down defense. On the offensive side, USC’s centers were dominant, with both Martin and Krystic easily gaining and holding position and drawing exclusions (both had several DEX; ignore the Fosh statistics on that), though Martin was better at finishing (2 for 2 shooting versus 0 for 5). UCSD had to double up on both of them and that opened up outside shooters. USC looked strong, and Herzer was great (as expected) in goal. Credit to UCSD for coming back in the second half and making a more than respectable showing.
Hats off also to GW; I saw a bit of that game as well, as was extremely impressed.
