Saw the boys all CCS, is the girls out?

Where are these posted?

There is a person on Instagram who posted the boys information. I don’t know where any of this information is posted in an official capacity though.

Looks like all that is missing now for NorCal High School Girls is CIF-NCS list.

And girls CCS not found

Somebody just posted this on another thread. These are the CCS honors including MVP. They received this information from a girl’s high school coach, so it’s likely accurate.

It’s really fun to see these and talk about them. Where do they end up getting posted?

Looking at the WCAL website, it’s interesting how some players who made first or second team were ranked lower, while others on WCAL second, third, or honorable mention were listed higher.

Does anyone have suggestions for how there could be a more organized and official announcement from the section about these recognitions? Are there coaches responsible for the section each year? It would be great for a short press release or social media announcement to be made. I know several parents with skills in this area who might volunteer to do something so future team appointments are not randomly posted on this forum without clarity if they are confirmed.

I think there a a few options.

  1. Contact the CIF- CCS staff directly and make the request. Website: CIF-Central Coast Section
  2. If your son or daughter plays high school water polo, speak with their coach and request that they publish the results and inquire directly with CCS.
  3. If you have the list or any information - send to the local news papers. San Jose, San Mateo and Santa Cruz. All have local papers that report on water polo and typically have dedicated reporters. You can find them on Google.
