Hey all,
Quick update here: I’ve received a few signals that our moderation system is tuned a bit too sensitive. When looking at this, I also noticed that some new users were getting automatically silenced due to our robots misidentifying bad actors.
Moving forward we should see a higher number of flags before a topic automatically locks. I went ahead and unsilenced a few users who were misidentified as spam bots.
