As some of you may or may not be aware of, Foothill HS is still looking for a coach for this season for girls water polo. This could be an opportunity for a young, newer coach to establish themselves, and bring back one of the most storied, girls HS waterpolo programs in the southland, back to its glory days, and also to establish a feeder program with the new SOCAL PATRIOTS Waterpolo Club and their HS age players, since Foothill is an open enrollment school.
I’m no longer involved with the program as a parent, nor did I ever work for the school or the district, so I don’t believe this would be considered any kind of tampering, or illegal recruiting of players, but I figured I would post here, and maybe trigger somebody, since the program is very dear to me, and it bums me out that as far as I know, they don’t have a coach yet for this season.
They would need to apply through Tustin Unified School District
