Yeah sorry I sent to quick. should have written an essay vs a short message. bottom line is the allocations will change before or during quals. They have every year of my 8 years being involved. Girls more than boys for sure. I should have added that the choice to go to Texas shifts many spots back to California but mostly in the second division only a few extra spots open up in the top division.
