I don’t know what the pool alone cost, but I think the best pool in New England right now is the new one at Colby College. It’s the only new long-course pool I know of in the last decade or so. It include a basketball court, an indoor track, indoor tennis courts, weight rooms, etc, and the cost to construct was over $200 million. I have heard recently that Williams College is looking at a new facility with at least a hockey rink and swimming pool. That was one of the first long-course college pools in New England other than Harvard and Brown when it was built in the late 1980’s.
