Most schools do the dead period at the beginning of summer right after their school year ends. THis does not apply to club sports, they are free to keep training
will this decision by USAWP impact where Futures super finals take place in 2026?
I am guessing futures will adapt, Dustin Litvak does not have his head in the sand.

yes and no. High school coaches still can’t coach their high school kids in club during those 2 weeks.
Jo’s in Florida had games at 11pm at night due to game getting stopped during the day due to Thunderstorms. It was a nightmare for the last one. Yes they could host, but weather is too big of a factor.
Remember to host JOs you need ALOT of pools to run smoothly. SoCal and NoCal are the only two viable options
