Hi all, I purchased 3 games from GOLS right after JO’s this summer. They sent me google drive links to the games about a month later. Unfortunately, all 3 games are not what I requested (either it was the wrong game completely, or not the full game, though they did get the age group correct). I followed up with another couple of emails, but have not heard anything back. Has anyone else had trouble purchasing game footage from them? I have been emailing [success@gols.co](mailto:success@gols.co), [content@gols.co](mailto:content@gols.co), and have not heard anything back. If there is another email address for GOLS, I would like to know. What’s most frustrating is that personal video recording of games was not allowed this summer when GOLS was streaming. Any help or insights appreciated…thanks. ---

I am so glad you posted this. I have been wanting to post as well. I paid for two videos and received one, and never received the one for JOs. My friend has not received his at all either. We are both equally frustrated and at a loss for what to do. They will not respond to any emails. Maybe if enough people bring it up here, they will get it together. ---

I just wanted to say that Shawn and his team at GOLS were great. They reached out and had actually sent the footage, it had just went to my spam folder and I missed it. Thanks for helping me @ShawnGOLS ---
