This looks like a question relating to the interplay of Bylaw 206.C (limits to eligibility despite valid change of residence), Bylaw 207.B(3)a (sub varsity limit in any sport in which the transfer student competed --at any level-- at prior school), and Bylaw 207.B(5) (Sit out period qualification requirements) ---
